Winner: Rodanthe Watersports and Campground will select a panel of judges to judge the winning submission based on the artist's talent, creativity, and relevancy to Rodanthe Watersports and Campground and all decisions will be final. Winner will be notified via US Mail and announced by April 15, 2010, on our website.www.watersportsandcampground.com
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
Awards: First place will receive gift certificates ($350 retail value in prizes), including two nights of camping*, one hour waverunner rental*, two day kayak rental* 
Retention of designs: The submissions become the exclusive property of Rodanthe Watersports and Campground, LLC. Rodanthe Watersports and Campground has exclusive rights to the reproduction of winning submissions and the submitting artists relinquish all rights to such design. Proceeds will be split; 50% will go to the Chicamacomico Banks Volunteer Fire Department and 50% to Rodanthe Watersports and Campground, LLC.
Publicity and Agreement: Entering this contest constitutes an agreement by the artist to relinquish all copyrights to the submitted work to Rodanthe Watersports and Campground, LLC. Designs become the property of the Rodanthe Watersports and Campground, LLC, which retains exclusive rights to its reproduction. The proceeds from the sale of the T-Shirt winning design will go to Rodanthe Watersports and Campground, LLC.
Liability: Rodanthe Watersports and Campground will take caution to maintain designs in their original condition. However, they will not accept liability
or provide insurance coverage in the event of damage of loss of the submitted design.
*Prize details: First place winner will received gift certificates for two nights of waterfront camping on the Pamlico Sound at Rodanthe Watersports and Campground for up to 4 people with electric. Winner will be subject to all camping rules and must make advanced reservations. Visit www.watersportsandcampground.com for camping rules. Winner must provide their own camping equipment maximum one large tent or two small tents or one Camper Trailer or RV under 25' in length. Waverunner rental includes instructions, life vest and fuel. Drivers must be over 18 years of age and sign liability waiver. Winner may choose two half hour rides or a one-hour ride.  Kayak rental includes paddle, backrest, and life vest. Winner may choose from two-double kayaks or 4 singles kayaks for two days. Winner must sign liability forms for camping and rental equipment. Rodanthe Watersports and Campground is open March 15^th, through November 31^st.  Waverunner rentals are available during hours of operations May 25^th through October 31^st.
